1. The United States, still led by New York, California, and Illinois.
2. England of the United Kingdom.
3. Canada, still barely led by Ontario, with British Columbia just behind.
4. Australia, with New South Wales now leading Victoria by two listeners.
5. Ghana, once again overtaking New Zealand.
